Ing. Andrés Mora, M.SC., CAPM

Structural Director

Andrés is a civil engineer with a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering and more than 15 years of experience delivering large-scale projects across national and international markets. His professional portfolio encompasses over one million square meters of design, inspection, and structural engineering consultancy services.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to projects in Costa Rica, Panama, Peru, the United States, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica. Known for his technical excellence and strategic approach to problem-solving, Andrés brings innovative and reliable structural solutions to complex engineering challenges.

Ing. Braulio Bolaños

Project Director

Braulio is a civil engineer with experience in the management of public procurement processes, as well as the planning, control, and execution of large-scale construction projects and building developments.

He is recognized for his strong commitment to project success, results-driven mindset, and balanced combination of technical expertise and human-centered leadership. These qualities translate into effective communication, collaborative teamwork, and the ability to successfully lead multidisciplinary teams.

Ing. Carlos Rodríguez

Construction Director

Carlos is a civil engineer with extensive experience in the execution of residential developments, commercial buildings, renovations, and specialized construction projects. Throughout his career, he has overseen the construction of approximately 10,000 square meters, representing investments of more than $3 million.

His professional approach is founded on transparency, accountability, and the efficient management of resources, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, within budget, and on schedule.
